How many production lines in your factory?
A: We have three production lines, one for handset, one for keypad and another one is for other accessories assembly.
How long is your delivery time?
A: For regular products, it takes around 15-20 days for production; For customized products, we need evaluate it in advance.
Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are original manufacturer.
What is your MOQ?
A: For regular product, we request MOQ 100pcs per batch but trial order is acceptable too.
What is your term of payment?
A: We request 100% T/T before production.
Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
A: Sample is availble and we would charge cost according to your request.
What is the delivery time for samples?
A: It takes 3 working days for regular samples; For customized samples, it needs to be evaluated.
If OEM is acceptable?
A: OEM is available for us.
What is the age range for your products?
A: Normally it lasts 5-10 years without intentional damage.
What is the warranty time for your products?
A: 1 year.
What information do you need for a quotation? Do you have a price list?
A: We need your purchasing quantity and request of products if you have. We have no price list for all goods now as every customer has different request of goods, so we need evaluate the cost according to customer’s request.

A: HS code: 8517799000.
How do we make payment to you?
A: T/T, Paypal, trade assurance and credit card are available.
Do you have after-sales service?
A: Absolutely. We offer one year warranty for all products and if any problems happened during warranty time, we would offer free maintenance.
How long can I get response if send inquiries?
A: During work time, we would response in 30 minutes and during off work time, we would reply less in 2 hours. Or you can call me on phone 008613858299721 directly.
What is your working time?
A: Company working time lasts from 8:00 to 17:00 Beijing time but our sales team would be online all the time after work and phone number would be online in 24 hours.
Does your product support third-party inspection, as SGS?
A: Certainly. We accept any inspection group to do it before shipment if you need.
Where is your factory located?
A: We located in Yuyao, belongs to Ningbo.
How far is your factory from the airport?
A: It takes 40 minutes to Ningbo Lishe Airport and 2 hours to Hangzhou Xiaoshang International Airport by driving. If you have plan to visit us, let us know and we would arrange to pick you up at the airport.
How far is your factory from the city hotel?
A: It takes 15 minutes by driving to Yuyao Hotel.
Do you have any real project pictures of the product?
A: We could offer all real pictures of our product.
How many staffs do you have in your factory?
A: We keeps around 70 staffs per year.
How many years have your company made this kind of product?
A: It counts from year 2005.
Which certificate do you have for your product?
A: CE, RoHS, EMC; We could apply any other special certificate as your request.
Can you can design the product according to our size?
A: Yes, our team have rich experience in design and customize matched product.
How do you pack the products?
A: Normally we use netural box and carton to pack the products. For batch order, we use wooden pallet or box to pack again.
How long it takes you to provide the designing options for us?
A: It takes around 3-5 days for design after requests confirmed and another 20-40 days for molding production.
Can you send the goods to my warehouse in guangzhou/ Shanghai/ Ningbo?
A: Yes, we have cooperate logistic company to arrange shipment to your pointed warehouse.
Will you attend the fair to show your products?
A: Yes, we often attend 2-4 fairs in abroad and home.
Can I only buy some spare parts from you?
A: Yes, sapre parts is available for replacement.
Can Your products be installed under the cold weather?
A: Yes, our product is mainly designed for cold weather and matched low temperature test report is available for you.
Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?
A: Yes, our product could bear the hot weather and let me offer you the matched test report.
